How To Find High Quality Submersible Water Level Sensor?

June 22, 2020

Finding a high quality submersible water level sensor is not as difficult as you might think. Although there are many manufacturers of water level sensors, as long as we choose from a combination of design, materials and stability, I believe you can choose a high quality sensor.

In my opinion, a high quality standard for an submersible water level sensor should be conceived from the following perspective. First, although it is positioned as a liquid level sensor, there are still some users who need submersible pressure sensors. The implied meaning is that an excellent sensor should be compatible with liquid level and pressure measurement, in order to adapt to different working conditions and requirements of measurement. Secondly, different measuring environments affect the measurement accuracy. The pressure difference between the pressure of the medium and the pressure of the external environment will affect the sensor's accuracy, and the sensor's temperature compensation is very important. Third, the material of the sensor determines its life. Most of the submersible water level sensors in the market are made of 304 stainless steel and have not been treated with anti-corrosion technology in the industry, which cannot meet the requirements of the liquid level measurement of corrosive media (seawater, petroleum). Therefore, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, dust-proof and other three anti - adhesive processes determine the stability of the sensor.

These are my criteria for high quality submersible water level sensors. It's not comprehensive, but it's instructive.
