he structure of K type thermocouple temperature sensor

K-type thermocouple temperature sensor is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators. K-type thermocouple can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapor and gas medium and solid in the range of 0 ℃ to 1300 ℃ in various production.

Industrial assembled K-type thermocouple temperature sensor is generally composed of five parts. Two hot electrodes (or even wires) form the core part of the thermocouple (the first part of the temperature measurement element). The intermediate thermoelectric potential is not lost to accurately transmit the measured temperature signal. It is necessary to use insulating material to provide reliable insulation between the remaining parts of the two hot electrodes except for the two end points, and between them and the outside world (the second part of the insulating material); In order to protect the insulating material and the wire, and extend the service life of the thermocouple, it is generally designed with a protective sleeve (the third part of the protective tube); in order to facilitate the installation and use of the wiring, and at the same time adapt to various use occasions, the fourth part wiring device and the fifth part installation fixing device are generally designed. These are the so-called "five parts". According to different uses, the basic thermocouple ( thermocouple core) capable of measuring temperature has no protective tube and installation fixing device. The assembled thermocouple is mainly composed of a junction box, a protective tube, an insulating sleeve, a terminal, and a hot electrode, and is equipped with various installation and fixing devices.

K-type thermocouple temperatuer sensor has the advantages of good linearity, large thermoelectromotive force, high sensitivity, good stability and uniformity, strong anti-oxidation performance, and low price. It can be used in oxidizing inert atmosphere. Therefore, it is widely adopted by users.
