Display Pressure Sensors for Industrial Use

November 04, 2020

The advent of small and lower-powered display pressure sensors has increased efficiency and performance in various industrial applications. As demand for these technologies is increasing, its worldwide market is estimated to grow to $11.4 billion by 2024. With a variety of different products now available on the market, it may be difficult to know how to choose a suitable product.

How to Choose a Right LED Pressure Sensors

To choose a right display pressure sensor, it is important to know the required pressure range and the medium to be measured. As different sensors are designed with the minimum(for example, -1 bar) and maximum pressure range (for example 1000 bar) so what you are going to choose should comply with that required in the actual application. For the medium, you'd better know its temperature, property. That's to say, if what you are going to measure is of 300℃ degree, then sensors with working temperature of 80℃ max can't make it, or if the project requires anti-explosion condition, then a product with ATEX certificate is a necessary.

Display pressure sensors are used for industrial pressure measurement

Display pressure sensors are widely used in industrial process control, energy and water treatment, chemical industry and etc, with an obvious advantage of real-time data display on the spot, which is very convinient to know the status of the system so prompt and effective operations can be taken quickly.
