Introducing the CWY122: A New High Precision Pressure Transmitter Calibration

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest innovation, the CWY122, an intelligent digital pressure gauge. This portable device is designed for high-precision measurement of pressure, voltage, and current, making it an indispensable tool for various industries.

 

The CWY122 is not just a calibration pressure gauge; it’s a comprehensive solution for pressure integrity. It features a pressure leak test function, pressure switch detection, and an ambient temperature measurement, all complemented by a time display and a DC24V power output. With a six-digit high-precision digital voltmeter and ammeter built-in, it enhances its capabilities with peak pressure recording, data logging, and leak testing.

 

 

Communication with the CWY122 is seamless, thanks to its RS485 or RS232 interfaces, which allow real-time data transfer to dedicated calibration software. This software facilitates data recording, automatic report generation, error calculation, and storage of calibration data for printing.

 

CWY122 pressure gauge calibration instrument can be connected to an automatic pressure calibration station as an external pressure module or integrated with various pressure sources to form a complete pressure calibration system, ideal for calibrating a wide range of pressure instruments such as pressure transmitters, switches, precision gauges, general pressure meters, sphygmomanometers, and pressure sensors.
