Submersible borehole level sensor used for well depth measurement
According to the annual analysis of industrial data, the submersible borehole level sensor has obvious influence in the field of industrial measurement. Data show that no fewer than three million surveyors around the world search for fresh water each year, but in countries where water is scarce, they have to dig wells to get it. In this case, the submersible borehole level sensor is very important.
Although the submersible borehole level sensor is recognized by the market and most people. But in the eyes of a few, the common types of liquid-level sensors and ultrasonic water level meters can also measure it. In my opinion, although these types of level sensors can also measure well depth, they are not the best choice. Both mines and wells are known to have depths of at least 20 meters, and in countries where water is scarce, well depth data are even more immeasurable. Therefore, the ultrasonic water level sensor is not suitable in the case of a large measuring range, which has a large range and a large blind area. However, the common type of level sensor is also not suitable for well depth measurement, for the following reasons: first, the wellhead cover is generally not very large, while the common type of level sensor has a large diameter, and its size is unable to complete the submersible measurement through the small hole. Second, the unique elongated design and triple waterproof design of the submersible borehole level sensor are unmatched by other types of sensors. Third, the new submersible borehole level sensor is designed with a “flow” design to reduce the impact of dynamic medium on the probe and thus improve the measurement accuracy.
The above facts tell us that although the submersible borehole level sensor is designed to measure well depth, due to its uniqueness, it cannot complete the measurement in a variety of measuring environments.
